Pure Unity Health Annual Awards 2025

Lauren King

Each year, Pure Unity Health celebrates the extraordinary dedication and hard work of our team at the Annual Awards.

On Friday 6th June, employees across the group (Pure Physiotherapy, Central Health Physiotherapy, Rehab Direct, and MLAS) came together at Voco, St John’s Solihull, to shine a spotlight on the people who power our success.

What do our Annual Awards represent?

Our people are our greatest strength, and our main mission is to create a positive, inclusive environment where people truly feel like they belong.

Winning an Inspiring Workplaces Award recently reaffirmed our belief in putting people first, and our Annual Awards are a special way to celebrate just that.

As a nationwide company, it’s not often that colleagues get to see one another. Working across different counties, from North Yorkshire to Cornwall, and different departments, from IT to Clinical roles, our Awards night was a valuable opportunity to get together and connect.

Beyond recognising achievements, the night was a celebration of unity. We enjoyed great food, shared stories and laughter, and danced the night away.

It was a rare and wonderful opportunity to meet in person, build stronger connections, and feel part of something bigger.

Award categories

Our Annual Awards focus on our core values. In the months leading up to the awards, all employees were invited to nominate the people that they thought best embodied these values throughout the year:

Passion & Pride

We care deeply about what we do and how we do it. We are passionate about delivering the best possible service and take pride in both how we work and how we treat each other.

Respect & Compassion

We value our colleagues and our customers; empathy, compassion, and a genuine appreciation for diversity are woven into the fabric of our organisation. Our company culture thrives on positive connections where individuals feel valued, acknowledged, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Create & Participate

We think outside the box, questioning norms to find the right solutions for colleagues and customers. Our great results come from building strong partnerships: we support each other and work closely with clients, partners and the communities in which we work.

Represent & Exceed

We exemplify excellence across our professions, delivering exceptional services and care that raise industry standards. Through unified commitment, we consistently surpass expectations and redefine possibilities.

Develop & Reflect

We are a learning organisation. We are committed to supporting our people through professional growth, self-evaluation, and embracing innovation. Constantly seeking improvement, we remain flexible and resilient, using our expertise to overcome challenges positively.

Celebrating our people

The Annual Awards are more than a moment of recognition but reflect who we are as a team.

At Pure Unity Health, we believe that celebrating our people and their values is essential to building a thriving, compassionate, and high-performing organisation.

To everyone who was nominated, shortlisted, or simply showed up with energy and enthusiasm: thank you.

Your commitment and positivity continue to shape the future of our organisation. Here’s to another year of growth, unity, and shared success.
