About Us
Originally founded in 2006, we have been a leading national provider of First Contact Physiotherapy services to the NHS since 2016.
Our team of over 450 First Contact Practitioners now provide 55,000 First Contact Physio interventions per month, working with over 1,200 GP Practices, and more than 220 Primary Care Networks (PCNs) across the country, delivering specialist musculoskeletal services to NHS patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
As well as partnering with the NHS, we also operate 25 clinics and specialist sports centres. Their dedicated physiotherapists assist the general public, sports enthusiasts and elite athletes with their rehabilitation and on- going healthcare.
We combine innovation and clinical expertise to offer comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, from neck, back and knee pain to sports injuries. Our commitment is to provide our patients with the highest quality care to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.

Our Mission
Our mission is to improve the quality of healthcare and musculoskeletal management across the UK, and to positively contribute to national policy and the development of clinical services.
Using our strength as an integrator, we strive to create sustainable and efficient services, tailored to meet the needs of local communities.
We are passionate about people, both as an employer and a healthcare provider. By supporting and training our staff to the highest level and embracing innovation, we empower people to understand their health and help them achieve the best quality of life.
Delivering Expert Care
All our physiotherapists are registered with the HCPC (Health & Care Professions Council) and the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapists). In 2020, the CSP celebrated 100 years since being awarded its Royal Charter. Being a chartered physiotherapist demonstrates a high level of academic achievement, training, and dedication to the profession.
As chartered physiotherapists, we work to four pillars of practice which are the fundamental aspects of our profession. These are:
- Exercise, movement, and rehabilitation
- Manual therapy and therapeutic handling
- Therapeutic and diagnostic technologies
- Allied approaches
